We are Happy to Exchange your order
- Issues like minor size alteration or a damaged button/zipper can be fixed without any hassle. If that doesn't work for you, we sure can come up with another solution.
- We’d request you for a reasonable time to fix the problem. The store will choose whether to:
- Provide a replacement that is identical, or of similar value.
- Repair the product within a reasonable time.
- Give a refund.
- The consumer’s rights to a remedy apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product.
- Reach out to us within 10 days of the delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know about the issue. Our team will resolve your issue within 7-10 working days.
- We may exchange an item with a different size if the desired size is in stock.
- Make sure that the item to be exchanged or returned is in its original condition. Unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.
- The customer pays the return shipping cost depending on location. Kindly include an Australia post satchel for return postage.
The consumer does not have the right to return a product in the following cases
- An item cannot be exchanged or returned if not in its original condition or if the product is either customized according to size, style and fabric or gets stained, emitting perfume scent and body odor.
- We encourage you not to return the jacket in its original packaging. Use thinner packaging to reduce shipping charges.
- Don't worry if you lost the receipt and want to exchange your product. Visit our Receipts and other proof of transaction page or simply provide your order number as proof of purchase.
- The refund will be made through the PayPal ID provided by you in the email. In case you’ve made the payment through a credit card, please provide your PayPal ID in your email request.
- It takes 10-14 business days for a refund after receiving your initial request.
LJS will not entertain any return requests in case
- Customer changed their mind.
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- Found a better product elsewhere.
- Was aware of the relevant fault before buying the product.
- Damaged the product by misusing it.
